I really liked this mouse. It is comfortable to use, just the right size for my small hands. The surface material is good, feels good to touch and does not slip. And what I particularly liked about it is that it is very quiet! Unfortunately, after half a year of use, the scroll wheel broke :(( It "slips" when scrolling, does not respond properly. I would have expected a longer lifespan than this.
Lightweight, feels good in the hand and works well!

This mouse will most likely be comfortable for small and medium hands. I've only tried a couple of vertical mice so far, but this one was the best fit for me so far. I'm right between a medium and large hand, and it feels just about right for me. But the scroll wheel button is way too sensitive and I'm constantly going into scroll mode when rolling the wheel. This makes it frustrating to use for casual web browsing. I'll see if I can get used to using a light touch on the wheel, but if I can't, this mouse won't be getting much use.
I have a desk job (and hobbies) that keep me at my computer 8-12 hours every day and struggle with carpal tunnel wrist pain. I also have very small hands.
I've tried a bunch of other vertical nice, and various wrist guards and padding, but this has by far been the most comfortable to use. Nice and quiet, just elevated enough to keep my wrist on the desk it out feeling like a super strained position.
But I've not purchased this mouse twice, once as the wireless version and once as this wired version, and they both stopped working in less than 12 months time, and both times have been issues with the button clicking not registering anymore.
Currently I can click about 50% of the time, and click & drag isn't working at all.
I verified it wasn't on the software side, and because the other one lasted about the same about of time, I am worried it's just a flaw in their construction. I really don't want to have to replace my mouse once a year.
This is my favorite ergonomic mouse and it fits my small hand. I even can play games with it but it is not as good as gaming mouse. The scrolling sometimes scrolls back up even though you're scrolling down. Not a huge issue but it's something you notice. I still recommend this if you have small hands and need a cheap ergonomic mouse.
I have been using this mouse for a year for daily light use of about 2-4 hours a day. From a grip and posture standpoint, the mouse is comfortable for the price point. However, the build quality is terrible. Within 6 months, the scroll wheel began malfunctioning. While scrolling down physically on the wheel, it does not register properly and either does not scroll at all or scrolls up instead of down. As someone who uses the scroll wheel regularly for reading, this is a huge issue. For example, when using Maps for directions, the scroll wheel is useless to actually zoom in on any area and track anything on a map. I have to now look for a new mouse, as this one did not hold up for even 6 months of use; highly unsustainable. Save your money and buy a better mouse.
Been using this for a couple of years and I really like the ergonomic factor. The angle is really comfortable and it's on the smaller side which is a great balance for me because I tend to use this mouse with a wrist brace occasionally. "Normal" sized mice make gripping them awkward with the brace but this one is great for use both without and with a brace.
My only complaint is that the scroll wheel registers a false scroll in the opposite direction. So if I scroll up a few ticks it'll scroll down one. It was occasional at first but it's gotten a lot worse over time where sometimes I have to scroll a dozen times for it to stay. I use the scroll in my work quite a bit so it's gotten frustrating enough that I'm looking for a new mouse which is a shame because I like everything else about this one.
