What procurement usually asks
Can we buy without VAT?
EU companies outside Germany with a valid VAT number are invoiced net (reverse charge). German companies pay 19 %. Exports outside the EU are VAT-free.
Can we pay by invoice?
First orders against a proforma; payment terms after a few orders and a short credit check.
Which documents can you provide?
