I love this keyboard so far. The extra function buttons on top are amazing. I really like the sound and feel of the keys and it has already helped my finger and wrist pain. The only very minor issue I take with it is the little lights for the Num/Caps/Scroll lock can be a little confusing as one light bleeds into the indicator for the one next to it. So unless you're looking at it from directly above you may need a few seconds to verify if one if actually on or not. The structure of the ergonomics is pretty easy to handle after a day or two (I had a nearly identical one at my last job and got the hang of it fairly quickly). It has also greatly helped the hand/wrist pain that I've been getting from using my laptop. Overall, a very clean and well made ergonomic keyboard.

When my old keyboard at work stopped working correctly, I ordered this one (and a few others for backups and for other employees). Because keyboards are pretty much alike, right? This keyboard is certainly functional, but the keys are clunky and the "E" frequently bumps against the number keys which prevents it from fully depressing. I have to REALLY watch that the "e" doesn't get missed when typing and frequently backspace. This keyboard has slowed me down significantly and I am trying to decide if it would be worth returning vs just throwing it away and buying a new one. Plus the noise of the keys is quite loud compared to my old keyboard. Not a fan.

I had a longer writeup on this keyboard but someone flagged it as not following guidelines. This review will be shorter as to reduce the amount of time I am potentially wasting. -1 more star due to this headache.
I'm looking for a replacement for the Microsoft ergo keyboards which I love.
This keyboard was the loudest of the 4 I tried, and I didn't like the feel of the key press. I also did not like the fact that the key rows are straight as opposed to having a slight curve to them like the others did. I also did not like the Home/End key group arrangement. Lastly, I felt the keys would sometimes miss my keypress. Could've been me but I didn't notice that as much with the others.
The quality does not match the price, for me anyway. My choice was the item in the bottom/right of my picture.

I don’t often review products but was quite let down by this one and thought my review may save others the hassle of hunting for the right ergonomic keyboard.
I was looking for an ergonomic keyboard to help with tendon pain in my forearms. This did not help but worse than that, the keys were “sticky” eg when I click the key it doesn’t always actually type the letter because it is stuck which is just annoying and seems like table stakes for a keyboard.
From an ergonomic perspective, my physical therapist said you should have your wrists raised / elevated to even with your fingers- this keyboard actually forces the opposite as the keys are up a slope from where your wrists rest.
The split in the middle is also too wide if you are petite (I’m 5’ 4”)- it forced my elbows out to a weird angle to reach all the keys with my pinkies.
I then bought the Logitech ergonomic keyboard with the wrist pad and it’s amazing. I resisted getting it at first because it’s more than double the price of this one, but if you have any typing induced pain, it’s worth it. Easy smooth typing, wrists are elevated, and split in the middle is just enough. As they say… buy it right or buy it twice.
