Starting from early 2025, our R&D team began integrating 3D printing into our workflow. This technology allows us to prototype new product models faster and with greater flexibility. Instead of waiting for traditional tooling or molds, our designers can now print and test new parts within days. This speeds up the development cycle and helps us refine designs with real physical feedback.
The first Perixx product fully developed with the help of 3D printing is already in progress — and it’s expected to reach the market in 2026. It represents the perfect blend of craftsmanship, creativity, and cutting-edge technology.
Personalization and Custom Components
Beyond developing new models, 3D printing also enables us to explore customized components. For instance, we can now experiment with unique keyboard titles, ergonomic adjustments, or limited-edition parts that reflect the personality of each user group.
Interestingly, our 3D printing setup also contributes to everyday creativity within the company — we’ve used it to create personalized staff cards and small in-house tools. What started as an R&D tool quickly became a source of inspiration and innovation across departments.

This development carries a special meaning for Perixx. Behind the project is Kenji, the talented 3D printing designer who led the effort — and also the son of our business owner, Jonah. His involvement adds a personal and inspiring touch to this technological journey.
